Troubleshooting Tips:-

If your system goes off-line or you have lost your internet connection,
Please perform the following ‘Do it yourself ‘steps to correct this problem:

  • Step 1: Shutdown your computer
  • Step 2: Turn off your UPS, stabilizer and/or power strip (this should turn off the power to the antenna, switch and router).
  • Step 3: Wait 30 seconds and turn on the power
  • Step 4: Wait 30 more seconds and turn on your computer
